THURSDAY PREVIEW

Wednesday September 11, 2019
KING’S Lynn will look to finish their away campaign on a high when they travel to Poole on Thursday (7.30).

The Poultec Stars have had a torrid time on the road in 2019 after picking up just three points from 11 meetings, which has resulted in some of their riders making changes to equipment to try and resolve their gating issues away from home.

However, the Norfolk outfit are sweating on the fitness of Danish duo Thomas Jorgensen and Michael Palm Toft. Jorgensen crashed at Sheffield on Wednesday while Palm Toft aggravated an injury at Eastbourne.

Poole, meanwhile, are looking to bounce back from a damaging defeat to Wolverhampton which dented their hopes of finishing top of the table. Looking at team news in-form
Ryan Douglas comes in as a guest for Ricky Wells who is injured.

Stars boss Peter Schroeck said: "This will be a real tough test but my boys will be looking to end the season with some good performances.

"We face Swindon at home on Monday and we can still have a big say on whether they finish top of the table."

POOLE: Brady Kurtz, Nico Covatti, Nicolai Klindt, Josh Grajczonek, Jack Holder, Tomas H Jonasson, Ryan Douglas.
KING’S LYNN: Robert Lambert, Michael Palm-Toft, Erik Riss, Thomas Jorgensen, Craig Cook, Lewis Kerr, Nicklas Porsing.
