STARS STAGE CHAMPIONSHIP DECIDER

Wednesday November 02, 2022
KING’S Lynn have stepped in to stage a big night of speedway action at the Adrian Flux Arena on Friday (7pm).

The club will play host to the Championship Grand Final between Leicester and Poole – to be followed by the NDL Grand Final, involving Leicester and Mildenhall.

The decision has been taken due to repeated postponements of the meeting at Leicester’s Paul Chapman & Sons Arena, with the track not recovering sufficiently from extreme downpours.

And the second-tier Final, which is nicely poised at 49-41 in Poole’s favour from the first leg, also offers plenty of interest for Minors & Brady Stars fans, as Leicester include Richie Worrall, whilst Richard Lawson rides for the Pirates.

Meanwhile in the NDL, Jason Edwards rides at No.1 for Mildenhall, although his side do face a huge task as they trail 52-37 from the first leg.

Admission prices for the double-header are £18 adults, £15 concessions and £1 for under-16s. A reminder that start time is 7pm.
