KING’S Lynn have landed a new main team sponsorship deal with rapidly growing MacInnes Whisky.

The company will take over the club’s title backing, with the team now to be known as the MacInnes Stars.

MacInnes Whisky was founded in 2021 by CEO Jonathan Hook, who has over 35 years of experience as an accountant and financial advisor, and is currently Chairman of Norwich Accountancy Services.

Having discovered whisky cask investments and the tax-free benefits and strong returns they can provide, the company was formed to open up opportunities to the wider public, whether seasoned investors or new.

MacInnes Whisky now spread their passion for, and knowledge of, Scotch whisky cask investment throughout Norfolk and London, with clients diversifying their portfolio to include cask whisky and enjoying success within months.

The MacInnes brand has been further refined this year and was formally launched when they were main sponsors of Burns Night at Norwich City Football Club on January 25, with a turnout of over 240 guests – many of whom enjoyed the best-selling Tullibardine whisky!

MacInnes take over as title sponsors from Minors & Brady Estate Agents, whose Managing Director Alex Brady subsequently increased his personal involvement to become team manager and co-promoter of the Stars. Minors & Brady will continue their backing as a team partner.

Jon is well known in Norfolk sport, being a supporter of Norwich City FC and Norfolk Cricket amongst other partnerships, and his values align with us being a local club with community at the heart of what we do.

The first public appearance for the MacInnes Stars will be at press and practice on Tuesday March 21, with bikes on track from 7.30pm, with the opening meeting of the season taking place on Thursday March 30 when they host Sheffield in the KO Cup.
