KING’S Lynn are straight back into action at the Adrian Flux Arena on Thursday when they face league leaders Sheffield.
The Tigers previously had a spectacular record on their visits to Norfolk, but that domination has been ended by the PSH Environmental Stars this season, as Lynn have won both of their home matches against the South Yorkshire side in 2024.
Jan Kvech returns after missing Wednesday’s match due to Czech league commitments, whilst guest bookings are taken by Ben Cook at No.3 and Connor Mountain at No.4.
Sheffield are led by top Grand Prix star Jack Holder and his brother Chris, a former Stars rider, and they also include ex-Lynn skipper Josh Pickering who has been in blistering form of late. They operate rider replacement for the sidelined Tai Woffinden.
Stars boss Rob Lyon said: “Hopefully we can pull off another home win, we’ve had two good results here against Sheffield this year, so a third one would be nice.
“That then leaves us with home and away with Leicester next week, and it would be nice to finish off unbeaten at home in these last four meetings so the fans can go away with a bit of a feelgood factor given what we’ve been through this year.”
