KING'S Lynn favourite Jan Kvech has won an online vote of British Speedway supporters to be named the 2024 Signing of the Season.


The Czech star created a hugely positive impression when he joined the PSH Environmental Stars and was one of the main reasons why the team enjoyed improved fortunes in the second half of the campaign.

Having been named on a shortlist of four, Kvech polled 36% of the vote to edge out Belle Vue's Antti Vuolas on 33%, ahead of Birmingham's Fredrik Lindgren and Oxford's Rohan Tungate.

Meanwhile Anders Rowe was nominated in two categories, finishing as runner-up to Dan Thompson for Rising Star of the Season, and fourth in the vote for Most Improved Rider which was taken by Tom Brennan.
