NIELS-Kristian Iversen has completed the line-up for his Testimonial meeting – and he’ll be representing his first full-time British club Newport!

Iversen’s benefit event takes place at the Adrian Flux Arena on Sunday March 16 (3pm) where he will take on the colours of the Wasps, having ridden in South Wales under the promotion of the late Tim Stone in 2003.

The Queensway Meadows venue is now sadly lost to the sport but another rider who appeared in their colours, in 2011, is former World Champion Jason Doyle.

The Australian star has been out of action since crashing at the AFA when racing for Ipswich last May, and he will also take his place in Iversen’s meeting.

Also representing Newport on the day will be Doyle’s new Witches team-mate Tom Brennan who is looking for another big season in 2025, whilst there’s a rapid return to the AFA for Lynn’s Rising Star of 2024 Anders Rowe, who has moved to Sheffield for the coming campaign.

It completes a terrific line-up for the event with half of the field having been full-time Grand Prix riders during their careers.
