KLINDT TESTIMONIAL LATEST

Saturday December 27, 2025
NICOLAI Klindt has made a strong start to planning for his Testimonial meeting at the Adrian Flux Arena on March 15 "“ with both current and former World No.2s agreeing to race.

Australian star Brady Kurtz made a stunning start to life in the GP series in 2025 as he won the final five rounds of the season to finish agonisingly short of Bartosz Zmarzlik in the race for the crown.

Kurtz will be joined by Swedish legend Freddie Lindgren, a World Championship medallist on four occasions, and best known in the UK for his extensive service to Wolverhampton.

Klindt said: "I first met Fred in 2005, but we didn't ride together until 2008 at Wolves, where he taught me many things in our years together at the club.

"I've had a good relationship with the Lindgren family for many years, so I'm really happy to have Fast Freddie ride in my testimonial.

"I've known Brady since the time he first came to stay in Denmark many years ago. Later, we teamed up at Poole and have been good mates ever since.

"It's inspirational to see the progress he's made over the last two years, which is fully deserved. One of the main targets for my testimonial line-up."

Also confirmed for the meeting are two men who have the strongest of links with King's Lynn, including club stalwart Niels-Kristian Iversen.

Klindt said: "Niels is probably the rider I've travelled with the most over my career, and he was the first person to agree to race in my testimonial.

"He's someone I've looked up to in many ways, as his determination is second to none, and he has always been there for me when I needed help or advice."

And there's a surprise name on the rider list in the form of ex-Stars racer Mads Korneliussen, who spent four seasons with the club in the 2010s and made his UK debut at Newport alongside Iversen back in 2003.

Klindt said: "Mads is someone I've known for many, many years and also rode with in various teams.

"Since his retirement, he's helped me as a mentor in Denmark as well as behind the scenes, which I'm super grateful for. To have him come out of retirement and ride in my meeting is awesome."
