TY Proctor has failed a fitness test and will miss King’s Lynn’s Knockout Cup semi-final with Swindon at the Adrian Flux Arena tonight.

Popular Aussie ace Proctor is still feeling the effects of a crash at Sheffield a fortnight ago and the Tru Plant Stars will share his four programmed outings throughout the team under the rider replacement facility.

Boss Dale Allitt said: “Ty has been great for us this season and this means our task has been made that little bit harder.

“I now have to decide who should replace him and in what race, that’s going to be important and with six-points to make up we have to be on our toes.

“We need the support of the fans. They can make a big difference tonight.”

Scott Campos will be the number eight standby rider.
